Preparing for class
You don't have to be in peak physical condition to begin capoeira classes, however, classes can be strenuous so be prepared!
Just wear something loose that you can move in with ease (jogging pants and a t-shirt are fine). After a certain period
of time, when you have established that you would like to make a commitment to train with the group, you will be expected
to purchase appropriate attire (abada or white capoeira pants and a t-shirt of the group).
Finally, it is inadvisable to eat a large meal for an hour or two before training so just eat something light and drink
plenty of fluids in preparation for class.
